The best of Christmas?
I took a few pictures at Christmas this year… (the link will show a few more if we’re Flickr buddies) Here are some of my favorites. Buddies. Superman cape or yuppie sweater? #1 son. Moment of impact. Keeping an eye on the dog… Snow Angel. Don’t ever go against the family…

Snow day!
As I mentioned earlier, it rained snow on us yesterday. I’m guessing six inches in total. Enough to cancel school for today, but not enough to prevent some nice roaming around town. I kept my camera on my all day, since I’m trying to take more pictures and snow really lends it’self to that. So, here’s what I cam across. I spent some time working from the kitchen in...

Stashing them away until next year...

Time to be put away… Mrs. Davis was kind enough to donate her ornaments and her time to Miss...

Everything was once new...
I walked downtown today to grab a fine sandwich from the purveyors at Subway, as I reached to pull the door open, this plaque caught my eye. This particular branch of Subway is at the corner of High and Mound…not a new part of the city. Anyway, I thought it was neat…and made me think that 125 years ago, someone was opening this door for the very first time. Other things that...
