When you are two...
When you are two and cute, every one wants a piece of the action! This year at Christmas, Lucy really seemed to bond with her cousins. I couldn’t get her to high five me, but David, Brian and Julia sure faired pretty well! These few pictures where snapped while David and Rick were building the bobsled course.

If you were fortunate enough to grow up in some of our more northern states, you know that sledding is something you have the pleasure of doing for a good 3 months of the year. My brother and I were lucky enough to grow up on a small hill in Mansfield, Ohio. This hill gave us unfettered access to the best sledding in the ‘hood.

Jen and I stopped by the North Market today for some Lan Viet Pho; It was quite delicious. Full of meat, noodles and broth, we made the usual loop around to see all of the merchants before leaving. As we made it to The Fish Guys, I saw the interesting presentation above.

The Christmas Tree lot at St Mary’s didn’t have too many folks wondering around in the snow on Sunday. At first I thought that the snow, wind and cold kept people away, it turns out they just don’t sell trees while a little thing called mass is going on.
I’m not Catholic, so I wasn’t supposed to be there. *whew* I will not speak to where Jen was, but...

Finally, some snow...
Ahhh, the joys of the first snow. I got a bit of new gear last week, so I have been a bit anxious to get out and use it…today provided a nice opportunity. I headed out a bit early (we ended up with 4 inches), but I am hoping this will be one of many such occasions.

...and we're back.
So much for a picture-a-day! Jen and I just got back from a week in Germany and Austria, where I had high hopes of posting something every day, but failed miserably (1 out of 8). We are back in the good old U. S. of A. now, so time to climb back on the wagon. Thankfully I have few hundred pictures from the trip, so I should be good for a few days of posts.
